About The Position

The Pre-Construction Administrator provides full administrative support to Pre-Construction Manager on mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and related systems. This position is responsible for managing all project-related administrative functions, documentation, and coordination to ensure projects run efficiently from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and organize mechanical project files in accordance with company standards
  • Manage document control for drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Log, track, and distribute submittals, RFIs, change requests, and approvals
  • Maintain up-to-date project logs and records
  • Assist with project closeout documentation, including O&M manuals, warranties, as-builts, and turnover packages
