Hope Media Group is a multi-brand ministry dedicated to engaging people to love Jesus, serve others, and spread Hope through various media platforms including KSBJ, WayFM, Worship 24/7, Vida Unida, NGEN radio, Way Loud, Way New, Way Back, Gospel 24/7, God Listens Prayer App, and Hope Events. The organization fosters a fun, encouraging, collaborative, engaging, caring, family-oriented, and friendly team environment. The Prayer & Care Line Specialist reports directly to the Supervisor of Prayer & Care Line and is responsible for all aspects of the call center. The primary duty is to pray and intercede for all incoming prayer requests. This role involves serving as a motivated team member, capable of working independently or with other volunteers, responding appropriately to all prayer requests from listeners, and capturing data related to these requests. The monthly statistical Prayer Report generated from this data is a vital tool for the entire radio station in understanding the needs of the community served.
