About The Position

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX Business, offers a unique paid internship opportunity called the NAF Future Ready Lab (NAF FRL) Internship Program, designed for students at NAF Academies in the West Palm Beach, FL area. This six-week program, starting in June 2026, focuses on transforming the future of flight through innovation, technology development, and continuous improvement. Interns will engage in skill-building workshops, gain hands-on professional experience, and collaborate with mentors on a business project. Projects will center around Technology and Innovation, with potential areas including Supply Chain and Materials Planning, Repair and Aftermarket Engineering, Engine Testing Systems and Controls, Project Management and Planning, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S). The internship culminates in a professional presentation of key insights and skills to company executives and industry leaders.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled at Forest Hill Community High School
  • Rising seniors (summer between 11th & 12th grade)
  • Minimum of a 2.5 GPA
  • Commitment to all dates and times of the internship
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be a US Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident/"green card" holder)
