The Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) is a statewide public health initiative led by the Maine CDC, Data, Research and Vital Statistics office. Through surveys of women who have recently given birth, PRAMS gathers important information about experiences before, during, and after pregnancy. This data helps shape policies and programs that strengthen maternal and infant health across Maine and inform efforts nationwide. As the PRAMS Coordinator, you will lead a program that informs how Maine supports mothers, infants, and families. You will guide the overall direction of PRAMS, securing funding, managing partnerships and contracts, ensuring the program operates effectively and efficiently, as well as support public health strategies with response to emerging public health concerns.
