About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Practice Tech Solutions & Enablement Specialist in our Walnut Creek, CA office. The Practice Tech Solutions & Enablement Specialist supports firmwide adoption of technology solutions, workflows, and operational processes that enhance how legal teams collaborate and execute their work. This role focuses on communication, change management, and user enablement—helping attorneys and staff understand and apply new technologies introduced by the Practice Tech Solutions & Learning team.

Requirements

  • Three to five years’ experience in training, enablement, or legal/operational support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT and operations teams to identify workflow and process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate across the Practice Tech Solutions & Learning team to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational visibility and consistency across matters.
  • Support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools as part of broader workflow, training, and technology enablement efforts.
  • Develop and execute communication and adoption plans for technology rollouts.
  • Create concise, user-friendly resources such as FAQs, guides, and learning materials.
  • Coordinate and deliver live or virtual enablement sessions for attorneys and legal support staff.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to measure adoption and identify refinements.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and best practices for ongoing reference.
