Identify strategies to optimize clinic care, community relations, and managed care business opportunities Coordinate with practice administration and management personnel on matters relating to hospital privileges, clinical programs, and community outreach Establishes and assures billing process, medical coding and charge recovery. Provide reports of management and supervisory activities, projects, and special corporate projects. Ability to make decisions about daily and strategic operations Resolves patient issues as needed This position is responsible for providing supervisory function under the guidance of the Practice Administrator. Planning, organizing, supervising, and directing office personnel and activities. Work with staff and physician to ensure that practice goals are established and attained. Seek processes to improve efficiency in practice operations. Establishes and assures billing process, medical coding and charge recovery. Provide reports of management and supervisory activities, projects, and special corporate projects. Ability to make decisions about daily and strategic operations.
