Practice Liaison

About The Position

The Practice Liaison is responsible for driving new patient and client growth for our cash-based, hybrid physical therapy and wellness practice , which includes physical therapy, Pilates, personal training, massage, counseling and employer services. This role creates strategic, community-centered partnerships, nurtures referral relationships across both medical and non-medical networks, and increases brand visibility through direct outreach, events, and business development initiatives. Using a consultative, relationship-driven approach, the Practice Liaison identifies community needs, positions our practice as the provider of choice, and connects prospective clients, referral partners, and organizations with the appropriate service lines. This role serves as the key bridge between external stakeholders and our internal clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping individuals and organizations access high-quality, personalized care in a cash-based model.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, fitness/wellness, business development, or physician liaison roles preferred.
