Looking for a career that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Practice Lead to join our growing team. How you’ll make us better: Responsible for supporting a clinic team in partnership with the clinic’s Practice Director and doctor to achieve smooth operations, and high levels of patient and team member satisfaction in their practice locations. Creates and fosters positive relationships with the team, doctor, patients, and the community. Supports clinic growth and development Leads, supports, and coaches team members Assists Practice Director, Regional Manager or Regional Director of Administration with scheduling and daily/monthly reporting May be assigned to lead morning huddle to communicate operational updates and performance metrics Ensures protocols and processes are implemented At the direction of Practice Director, works with the doctor and the team regarding team members work assignments and clinic priorities Assists in reviewing controllable costs including but not limited to inventory, supplies, and maintenance Works with Field Marketing Representatives and/or Local Marketing Liaisons on community events and local store marketing efforts Assists with recruiting and training Handles patient escalations and will consult with Practice Director or Regional Manager as needed Assists Practice Director regarding compliance with OSHA, HIPPA and State Dental Board regulations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years of Clinician or Treatment Coordinator experience with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice required
  • Intermediate coaching skills
  • Ability to find creative solutions in solving problems
  • Ability to manage time, multi-task and prioritize work
