The Practice Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the marketing and sales leadership teams to identify key customer accounts that meet specific criteria for practice optimization and efficiency. The primary focus will be on assisting practices in developing and implementing protocols and educating the sales team on practice integration protocols, that address dry eye disease and optimize ocular surface health prior to cataract surgery. This position requires working closely with all aspects of practice, from front desk personnel to physicians, as well as a number of sales professionals and sales leaders. The individual in this role must be a subject matter expert in protocols within optometric and ophthalmic practices and demonstrate the ability to consult, educate, and influence stakeholders at every level. Experience in a clinical environment is essential, and the role demands staying current with industry trends while collaborating with various cross-functional partners, including marketing, sales training, reimbursement, and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
