Overview Support the Practice Development team in the management of practice groups, practice areas and /or initiatives in the core areas of practice strategy, financial management, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and marketing. Assist senior practice development manager (SPDM), practice development specialist (PDS), Practice Group Leader(s)(PGLs), and other attorneys and professional staff on the execution and implementation of practice group strategic priorities and business imperatives within the context of overall firm strategy. Contribute to the overall success of practice group performance.
