Requirements

Junior-level PR practitioner preferred
PR or agency background strongly preferred, especially in tech and/or gaming
Experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of earned/organic media and relationship-based influencer outreach (no paid influencer emphasis)
Comfortable engaging authentically in Reddit and Discord communities on behalf of a brand
Strong communication, writing, and editorial skills with high attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but flexible for candidates with stronger experience (ex: 4–5+ years)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or social media management.

Responsibilities

Support the Home Entertainment PR team for consumer monitors, with synergy across TV, audio, memory, gaming, and related categories
Lead and support earned review programs across monitors, TV, and gaming, including memory products
Actively engage on Samsung’s behalf in Reddit and Discord communities to share accurate product information and influence conversations
Post from Samsung’s official accounts and coordinate ongoing community engagement efforts
Coordinate earned influencer campaigns (no paid media), focused on Reddit, Discord, and select YouTube/tech review opportunities
Partner closely with social and influencer teams and two agencies to align plans, track projects, and drive execution
Track, catalog, and report performance metrics and ROI for PR and influencer programs
Manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams across internal teams, agencies, influencers, and partners
