About the department: The Marketing Department within BYD Poland is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive performance in Poland and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in PR, communication, marketing, or a related field
Strong willingness to support team projects and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Very good organizational and analytical skills
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Valid driving license
Passion for automotive industry, cars, and modern communication channels
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

Supporting the PR team in the planning and execution of ongoing projects
Conducting desk research related to media, market trends, competitors, and communication activities
Preparing and maintaining reports on campaign and communication performance
Assisting with administration and organization of documentation, including presentations, reports, and internal materials
Supporting daily PR activities, media monitoring, and social media initiatives
Coordinating tasks with internal teams and external partners when required
