About The Position

Kearney and Company is seeking a PPBE Reform Team Management Consultant to join our growing team! Responsibilities include but not limited to: Identify, collect, and consolidate data from various sources to support PPBE analysis. This includes, but is not limited to, financial data, programmatic data, and performance metrics. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in the PPBE process. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and other data visualization tools to track suspenses, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PPBE reform. Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations, charts, and other visual aids for all levels of leadership to communicate the findings of data analysis and the progress of PPBE reform initiatives. Provide technical expertise and support to government staff on data analysis tools and techniques. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Willing to work onsite at the Pentagon daily
  • Must possess a Secret clearance
  • Demonstrated motivation and initiative
  • Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite to track and manage tasks across a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods
  • Must have outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across DoD
  • Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience in translating stakeholder requirements into executable solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Power Apps
  • Experience with and understanding of the PPBE process and current reform efforts
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects DoW - or service staff-level experience
