Job Description U.S. Bank’s Technology Risk Oversight team is seeking an innovative, solution-driven PowerApps and Reporting Specialist to join our team! The right candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining several Power Platform applications supporting Technology Risk programs and teams. Key responsibilities will include creating applications, automations, lists, and databases, including documentation and training tools for end-users, as well as identifying new opportunities to streamline and optimize key activities through automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3-Years Experience in Technology and Process Automation including the following:
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with senior leaders (VPs and directors) including taking direction/feedback, reporting progress, and driving execution
  • Demonstrated success in data visualization, process modeling, application testing/design, and debugging
  • Experience working with data sets and optimizing data processes
  • Demonstrated experience building and supporting the following:
  • Power Platforms Environment Management
  • PowerApps – application builder
  • Power BI – reporting tool
  • Power Automate – automation tool
  • Copilot Studio
  • SQL Server Management Studio
  • Python
  • SharePoint APIs
  • Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working within the U.S. Bank Technology ecosystem
  • Communications Experience hosting demonstrations and skill-sharing events for audiences of varied technical skill
  • Experience writing technical documentation, including user and administrator process guides
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
  • Core Competencies Strategic, curious, and adaptable with a bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Self-Learner who takes initiative to expand skillset, with strong research and implementation skills
  • Skilled in task tracking and project planning
