About The Position

The Power Platform Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and driving the enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) in alignment with business strategy, security, and scalability requirements. This role partners closely with business leaders, IT, security, and delivery teams to design robust low-code solutions and establish best practices across the organization. Architecture & Strategy Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and design patterns for Microsoft Power Platform Align Power Platform strategy with overall Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Dynamics 365) Evaluate and recommend platform capabilities, connectors, licensing models, and extensibility options Design and implement Power Platform governance frameworks (CoE, ALM, environment strategy, DLP policies) Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) Guide development teams on scalable, reusable, and maintainable solution design Support integration with enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectors Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and client executives Mentor architects, developers, and citizen developers Drive adoption through best practices, training, and enablement programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong knowledge of: Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI (enterprise-scale deployments), Power Pages and Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus)
  • Strong understanding of ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD for Power Platform
  • Experience designing enterprise governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, PL-900, Azure Architect certifications)
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation or modernization programs
  • Consulting or client-facing experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, and intelligent automation
