About The Position

Foley is seeking an experienced Power Generation Rental Specialist to manage specialized accounts and support project-based equipment rentals. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, using your expertise to assess project needs, recommend tailored equipment solutions, and guide clients through the rental process. Your focus on specialized accounts and complex projects will drive customer satisfaction and rental success. This position also offers cross-department collaboration, expanding your knowledge of rental operations and positioning you for growth within Foley’s business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in rental operations, with strong knowledge of power generation equipment
  • Ability to work independently and manage specialized accounts
  • Strong relationship-building skills with long-term client focus
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with computers and rental software

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with generators, power distribution, or electrical equipment
  • Sales experience, particularly in technical or equipment-based solutions
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, enabling you to cater to a wider range of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive rental sales through direct customer interaction
  • Deliver industry-leading customer service
  • Analyze customer needs and provide expert guidance on equipment selection
  • Help customers identify specifications regarding equipment
  • Create and oversee rental contracts and agreements
  • Consult with customers to answer inquiries and resolve their concerns
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
