About The Position

WORKING CONDITIONS: Frequently exposed to noise, odors, chemicals, dust and vibration. Typically requires the use of air tools and various powder application equipment. Hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes with metatarsal protection, painter's air hood, respirator and gloves are required. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Complete Company forklift training program.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Must complete powder coating training and demonstrate good application technique.
Ability to read prints and other specification documentation.
Must be able to physically perform essential functions of the job.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 34 lbs. and frequently up to 50 lbs.
Typically requires standing on a regular basis, and moving around work area, stooping, crouching and kneeling frequently, crawling, reaching and handling items with hands occasionally.
May require use of a ladder.
Specific vision requirements include depth perception, color vision and peripheral vision.
