About The Position

Warm Up Your Winter with a Hot New Opportunity! Crystal Finishing Systems, located in the vibrant town of Schofield, WI, is seeking a Powder Painter to join our team. Our offerings include aluminum extrusion, fabrication, architectural and industrial finishes, and more. WHAT YOU WILL DO Apply powder paint to product surfaces. Verify powder paint names and product codes for each run. Perform color changes efficiently. Conduct light and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment. Inspect products for quality issues. Support Production and Material Handling teams as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of powder painting processes
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• The position requires the ability to team-lift, load and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with small hand tools beneficial
• Attention to detail is a plus
