We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented graduating senior from Ohio Wesleyan University’s Class of 2026 for a one or two-year, paid, full-time position supporting the University President’s Office, reporting to the Executive Assistant to the President. The anticipated start date is Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and ending early June 2027. Responsibilities include assisting with event planning, managing the University Guest House as the live-in house manager, handling correspondence, booking travel, reconciling expenses, and providing administrative support to the President and the President’s Office. The candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have diverse knowledge of and student leadership experience at OWU, strong writing and communication skills, and an interest in higher education, communications, event management, or related fields.
