About The Position

Requirements

• Ph.D.
• Previous experience conducting and publishing research
• Proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques, statistical analysis, and software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine experimental protocols and methodologies in collaboration with the research team.
• Conduct experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analyses to interpret results.
• Review current scientific literature to stay updated on advancements in the field and inform research activities.
• Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, present research findings at conferences, and contribute to grant proposals.
• Work closely with team members, including graduate students and other researchers, to foster a collaborative research environment.
• Provide guidance and support to junior lab members, including undergraduate and graduate students.
• Assist with the maintenance of lab equipment, manage lab inventory, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
