Without the support of a hands-on Pharmacy Resident, it would be hard for the Pharmacist to get the job done. This team player monitors drug therapy, assists in implementing formulary systems, participates in patient care committees and much more. If you love keeping busy, this is the job for you. Review microbiology data daily. Provide drug information and education, as required. Perform pharmacokinetic calculations and dosing recommendations, per protocol. Assist the Clinical Manager with formulary requests. Ensure that medication orders are processed timely, accurately and according to all legal, professional, and departmental standards for dispensing and record keeping. Manage the disposition of controlled substances, other dangerous drugs, and investigational drugs, as required by Federal and State statutes and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Required Doctorate Pharmacy Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board RPH license preferred by August 1st Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board RPH license required by Sept 1st Indiana Pharmacy Resident Teaching Certificate - . Requirements

  • Doctorate Pharmacy
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
  • Registered Pharmacist (RPh) - State Licensing Board RPH license required by Sept 1st
