What we’re looking for: Someone responsible for reviewing closed loan packages to ensure all underwriting and closing conditions were received, ultimately assuring that each loan is eligible for sale on the secondary mortgage market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• You are self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You possess strong knowledge of PC programs, including MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Experience with servicing, post-closing, or shipping
• Familiarity with mortgage documents
• Experience with Encompass

Responsibilities

• Ship/upload all closed mortgage loan files to end investors within timeline, quality, and volume performance objectives.
• Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor, resolve, and report on conditions requested by FHA, VA, USDA, and investors.
