Business Unit Overview: Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $96 billion across a diversified set of businesses. BXMA’s Total Portfolio Management business manages total portfolios on behalf of select clients (families and institutions). Job Description The Associate will support Blackstone’s Total Portfolio Management team in the development, implementation, and communication of multi‑asset investment strategies. This role is grounded in core portfolio management responsibilities—supporting asset allocation, portfolio construction, performance evaluation, and market analysis—while placing a meaningful emphasis on producing high‑quality strategic content, including briefings, decks, and materials for senior-level leadership and clients. Working closely with TPM leadership, Portfolio Managers, and client‑facing teams, the Associate will help drive rigorous investment analysis and translate that work into clear, compelling outputs that enhance decision‑making and client engagement.
