Position Summary The Associate/Sr. Associate, Portfolio Management supports all efforts of the Real Estate department in managing risk across the various investment vehicles, developing investment strategies, constructing the various portfolios, monitoring ongoing asset-level and portfolio-level performance, investor and Executive Management reporting, and execution of the business plan for each asset as it relates to financing, recapitalization, and disposition. The position will also monitor existing assets both during construction and operationally, performing financial and trend analyses, conducting market research, and preparing key reports for both internal and external users. This role may be filled at the Associate or Senior Associate level depending on the candidate’s experience, demonstrated analytical capability, and ability to independently frame and communicate insights. Senior Associate roles carry increased expectations for analytical ownership, judgment, and initiative, as reflected in the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Title, responsibilities, and compensation will be aligned accordingly.
