We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Portfolio Management Office (PMO) — a seasoned project leader who thrives in complexity, leads through influence, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into disciplined execution. This is a senior individual contributor role with real autonomy, visibility, and impact. Requirements

  • A senior project leader with 7+ years managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable operating independently with sound judgment and minimal direction
  • Skilled at leading without authority and influencing across levels and functions
  • Calm, decisive, and pragmatic in ambiguity
  • Highly organized, analytical, and an exceptional communicator
  • Experienced working within or alongside a PMO (strongly preferred)
  • Fluent in Smartsheet (or similar tools) — building dashboards, reporting, and workflows with ease
  • Familiar with digital media, advertising, or marketing environments (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • OWN HIGH-VISIBILITY WORK, END TO END
  • Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution strategy
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs
  • Drive delivery consistency and quality across workstreams
  • Escalate issues with clarity, context, and recommendations
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment  doing what’s needed to deliver
  • LEAD THROUGH INFLUENCE
  • Lead cross-functional teams with confidence and credibility
  • Facilitate kickoffs, working sessions, and status meetings
  • Align partners on scope, priorities, expectations, and timelines
  • Support campaign planning, production schedules, handoffs, and launches
  • Reinforce delivery standards and accountability across teams
  • SHAPE PLANNING & BUSINESS ALIGNMENT
  • Support business planning with intake analysis, capacity insights, and risk assessment
  • Contribute to progress check-ins, surfacing delivery risks and required tradeoffs
  • Partner with PMO leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities
  • Provide structured reporting to inform sequencing and prioritization decisions
  • ADVANCE PMO MATURITY
  • Maintain real-time dashboards, tracking, and reporting visibility
  • Deliver concise, actionable status updates
  • Improve intake processes, templates, workflows, and reporting standards
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize execution efficiency
