About The Position

Join our Team as a Portfolio Director! With Employee and Resident Lifestyle in mind, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving the financial performance, operational excellence, and customer experience across a portfolio of residential lifestyle communities. You’ll partner closely with Community Directors to align strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure each community is positioned for both short-term success and long-term growth. What You'll Do: Leadership of Residential Portfolio: Proactively leads development and execution of all aspects of residential portfolio in alignment with the Company's culture, strategic plan, and business plan goals in order to contribute to the entire Residential Property Management team success. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic plans, business goals, and company objectives. Develop and execute forward-looking market strategies that support revenue growth, occupancy goals, and overall financial performance. Shape and elevate the resident and employee experience by ensuring our lifestyle vision is consistently implemented across communities. Create and manage annual operating plans and budgets to maximize revenue and control expenses. Evaluate and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, support onsite workflows, and mitigate property risk. Partner with internal leadership teams and resources to support execution of portfolio strategies and cultural initiatives. Leadership of Community Directors : Lead, develop, and motivate Community Directors to build leadership competency and support long-term talent development and performance to achieve financial and customer experience goals. Develops and communicates clear performance expectations and goals tied to financial goals, occupancy projections, lease-up timelines, and broader market trends. Monitor progress toward goals and hold team members accountable for results through timely, constructive, and fair-minded feedback. Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in Residential Operations, Employee Lifestyle, Capital & Development teams, and other key stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. Ensure team participation in and compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety programs. Support a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging industry relationships to enhance lifestyle management, resident retention, leasing strategies, and overall customer experience. Promote alignment across departments to minimize risk and support consistent, high-quality portfolio performance.
