About The Position

An arena Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean and well-presented environment throughout the facility, with a focus on offices, suites, and club areas. Responsibilities include routine cleaning of workspaces, premium seating areas, restrooms, and common areas; trash removal; restocking supplies; and supporting event-related cleaning needs as needed. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for guests, clients, and staff. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.50-$21.50

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Clean offices, suites, club areas, and restrooms to a high standard.
Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces, including desks, counters, and fixtures.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors in assigned areas.
Remove trash and recycling; replace liners and maintain waste stations.
Restock and organize supplies (paper products, soap, linens, hand sanitizers, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of clubs, corridors, and premium spaces.
Identify and report maintenance or deep-cleaning needs.
