Requirements
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, and work both indoors and outdoors.

- No prior experience required—just bring your dedication.
Nice To Haves
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Keep the property looking its best—inside and out—by completing daily cleaning, light repairs, and upkeep.
- Support with apartment turns: cleaning, painting touch-ups, hauling items, and helping prepare units for new residents.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliance checks, and minor fixes) under the guidance of the Maintenance Lead.
- Maintain curb appeal: pick up debris, pressure wash sidewalks, care for landscaping, and keep common areas safe and tidy.
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and support the team with seasonal needs (snow/ice removal, sprinkler prep, etc.).
