In this role, you will be responsible for accurately taking food/drink orders, delivering food/drinks, and working with the kitchen/expo team to ensure all food has been packaged up a delivered to our guests in the waterpark.    As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectations beverage and dining experience for all guests.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of serving experience within a restaurant/resort setting  
  • Completion of RAMP certification required 
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.  
  • Must be able to frequently communicate and develop rapport with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, inform them of drink specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and advise any menu changes  
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in the point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar and relay any special dietary needs and special requests  
  • Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner, along with the appropriate accompaniments and condiments from service bars  
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience.  Ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverage and service.  Respond promptly and courteously to their needs and requests.  
  • Maintain clean, neat, and organized service areas
