About The Position

As a Porter for Eataly at Park MGM, you will be at the heart of the action, seamlessly balancing behind-the-scenes operations with the vibrant energy of the restaurant floor. Requirements

• Is 18+ years of age or older
• Comfortable working an on-call position with flexible, as-needed scheduling

Nice To Haves

• 6 months of Stewarding or Kitchen Utility Porter experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the integrity of a property-wide inspection program on a regular basis
• Clean ceilings, walls, and items that may require lengthy periods of time on a ladder
• Dust mop and wet mop floors and run auto scrubber
• Sweep and disinfect floors in the main food handling/prep areas and under main line equipment
• Clean restrooms including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning urinals and toilets with proper chemicals, wiping down walls and mirrors and sanitizing sinks
• Move tables/chairs to set up venue, as well as clean tabletops and doors/reachable windows as directed in all areas of the venue
• Clean & scrub griddle, salamander fryer, oven, in all cooking stations
• Operate dishwashing equipment to wash China, glass, and silverware to the appropriate SNHD standards
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, wares, and additional items in a three-compartment sink to the appropriate SNHD standard
• Maintain cleanliness and working condition of garbage disposal, grease traps, and garbage compactor
• Follow sanitation and table maintenance standards for amazing guest service
• Take dishes / pots from all areas to the dish pit as needed
• Remove all trash from trash cans, replace full trash bags with clean bags and wash garbage bins
