The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years in a pool, beach or food and beverage operation. This individual should be self-motivated and have the ability to demonstrate a friendly and hospitable demeanor in a high pressure, fast paced outdoor environment. Job duties include, although are not limited to: Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. Assist guests with their needs related to the pool area. Respond to guest requests, comments and concerns in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of general pool area, including emptying used towel bins, organizing pool furniture, collecting towels and neatly arranging the pool towel storage shelves. Confirm guest registration prior to issuing resort property. Responsible for monitoring product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property. Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to security department. Attend all mandatory meetings. Provide general public assistance, instruction and/or guidance for guests. Keep work area neat and organized. Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
