About The Position

We are seeking professional, service-driven Valet Attendants to join our team at a high-end residential community in Healdsburg. This is not a traditional hotel valet role - you will be working in a refined, relationship-focused environment where residents live full-time and expect consistent, personalized service.
Valets serve as the first and last impression of the community. The role combines vehicle handling, guest interaction, and light concierge-style service, all delivered with a calm, polished presence.

Residents, non transient guests, expect repeat interactions and relationship building
Slower pace, higher expectation for detail and consistency
Service style is approachable luxury - warm, professional, never robotic
Team members often assist beyond parking (directions, light assistance, property knowledge)

Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and creating genuine human connections.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a relaxed, confident demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly with a professional, welcoming presence
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with company standards
• Assist with luggage, packages, and mobility needs when appropriate
• Maintain awareness of driveway flow and ensure a smooth arrival/departure experience
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership regarding vehicle status and requests
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of valet areas and equipment
• Provide basic property knowledge and directions when needed
