About The Position
Agape Lawn is hiring a Pool Technician to help clean, maintain, and service pools for residential and commercial clients. In this hands-on, outdoor role, you'll play a key part in ensuring pools remain clean, safe, and ready to enjoy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in delivering great service. Our ideal candidate is a dependable laborer with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. No prior pool service experience? Requirements
- No previous pool technician experience needed—training provided!
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift/move equipment and supplies.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks including vacuuming, skimming, and chemical balancing.
- Diagnose and report issues such as algae growth, water clarity problems, or equipment malfunctions.
- Handle and apply pool chemicals safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Interact professionally with customers and educate them on basic pool care.
- Maintain service records and keep equipment clean and functional.
