About The Position

Working alongside the Food and Beverage Management at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Full-Time Pool Server who possesses a strong sense of detail and a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Certifications.
• Flexible availability to work including weekends & holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times
• Displays consistent attention to detail and follow-through of all restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of poolside areas, including tables, service stations, and compliance with health & safety hazards.
• Accurately take and deliver orders, handle payments, and collaborate kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
