About The Position

JOB SCOPE:

· Responsible for serving guests at the pool in a friendly, orderly, safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepares pools and activities areas for the day.
• Prepares the bar for the day.
• Sets tables in front of Lemonade Stand.
• If no Pool Bartender is scheduled, follows all steps on Bartender SOP.
• If no Pool Houseperson is scheduled, follows all steps on Pool Housepeson SOP.
• Greets guests according to standards.
• Checks all pool and activity areas every 15 minutes.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
• Delivers orders in a timely manner.
• Assists guests in other needs they might have at the pool.
• Prepares checks, collects payments and follows cashiering procedures.
• Picks up food orders in the kitchen using one of our service bikes.
• Responsible for ensuring pools, bar and activities areas are clean.
• Sets up work area and other stations with necessary supplies.
• Maintains guests’ satisfaction as his/her priority.
• Ensures sufficient towels are available for guests.
• Has good knowledge of and helps guests with questions about our activities: Petanque, Croquet, Tennis and bikes.
• Closes down activities areas at end of day and ensures everything is locked up correctly.
• Follows and works according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Other tasks as required.
