About The Position

Under the direction of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the incumbent ensures guests receive outstanding guest service per standards. Interacts and entertains guests in a cordial and gracious manner, thereby creating a memorable experience and building guest loyalty. Serves as Goodwill Ambassador, using finesse and good judgment. Provides pool guests with drink service. Takes customer orders, serves orders and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner. Poses for photographs with Entertainers and Guests upon request. Poses for marketing materials. Enthusiastically and knowledgably promotes Foxwoods events, services and merchandise. This is considered high profile entertainment marketing position. Maintains quality services standards with all guests by creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere while visiting the guests' table, cabana, and coordinating service requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Maintains established company and department uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Required to be well groomed, toned body and physically attractive.
• Must be comfortable presenting this look while wearing the specified apparel.
• Must possess an enthusiastic, courteous, graceful and positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate the ability to wear swim wear with flair and techniques associated with modeling industry requirements.
• Posture, gestures, movement and walking should reflect the innovative fashion industry esthetics.
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all guest and business contacts.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
• Must be flexible with work schedule, including being available to work all holidays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Tips or Smart certification is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue preferred .
• Previous food and beverage/cocktail service preferred.
• Current and/or previous modeling experience preferred.
