Pool Server: Serve food and beverages to pool patrons, maintain a clean and safe concession area, and provide friendly customer service to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic cash handling skills and reliable, punctual attendance.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior food service or retail experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve snacks, simple meals, and drinks according to menu and portion guidelines.
• Operate cash register/point-of-sale, handle payments, and make accurate change.
• Monitor food safety, follow sanitation procedures, and maintain cleanliness of concession stand and surrounding area.
• Restock supplies, rotate inventory, and notify manager of low-stock items.
• Enforce pool rules when applicable and report customer concerns or incidents to supervisory staff.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and light cleaning duties.
