About The Position

A Cashier is responsible for greeting customers, enforcing facility rules and regulations, collecting daily admissions, issuing memberships, and selling concession products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to communicate verbally with staff and patrons.
• Often uses problem-solving and math skills.
• Primarily works with others.
• Responsible for handling cash.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• Experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily admissions, issue memberships and sell concession products.
• Operate a point-of-sale system and calculator.
• Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of patrons.
• Perform customer service duties such as greeting patrons and providing facility rules and regulations.
• Telephone etiquette and proper usage of the intercom system.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and concession areas.
• Attend all mandatory in-service trainings and meetings.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
