This position will provide customer service and organizational support to the Regulatory Services Section, Policy, Planning, and Training Unit. The employee will operate in a high production, high pressure and widely ranging environment. The major responsibilities of this position include customer service, supporting training activities, organizational tracking for unit activities, and tasks assigned by the Program Manager and Supervisor. This employee will answer questions from the public and will assist unit staff in responding to public inquiries.
