Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Dual Rate Table Games Floor Supervisor to join our team at Daytona Poker Room in Daytona, Florida. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience
• Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• No college degree required

Responsibilities

• Run a Dealer Rotation
• Supervise both traditional Poker and designated Player games
• Make floor rulings consistent with our house rules, internal controls, and state regulations
• Run daily poker tournaments following established policies and protocols
• Ensure guests are attended to and receive a positive experience
• Accurately rate players on designated player tables
• Report any irregularities to a Shift Manager or Poker Room Manager
