About The Position
This position is for a Nursery/Postpartum Registered Nurse whose responsibility is to provide day-to-day patient care activities to patients receiving therapeutic and diagnostic services in Perinatal Services. The position reports to the Director of Perinatal Services.
Requirements
- Education level equivalent to an associate degree in nursing required.
- Clinical competence in nursing required.
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Georgia
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, NRP, STABLE certification required within ninety (90) days of initial employment. Subsequent recertification of STABLE is not required for L&D nurses. Subsequent recertification is required for Nursery Nurses. NRP required.
- Minimum of four years work experience in Postpartum/Nursery or NICU required.
