About The Position

The PMOS Governance Expert is responsible for ensuring structured execution, risk visibility, and alignment across the engagement. This role supports governance operations by maintaining control over timelines, milestones, and risk tracking to ensure delivery integrity.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in program governance, project coordination, or PMO functions
  • Strong experience in risk management and structured tracking frameworks (RAID)
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in regulated or legal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Track project milestones, timelines, and overall progress against defined plans
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Identify potential risks early and drive mitigation planning and execution
  • Coordinate closely with legal teams and subject matter experts to ensure alignment
  • Monitor program performance and ensure all activities remain measurable and on schedule
  • Support governance reporting and ensure transparency across all workstreams
