About The Position

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced PMO Project Management Resource to manage and coordinate multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity. This role is primarily remote but will require occasional onsite presence at the Commission’s headquarters for meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience
• Proven expertise in: Integration management Scope, schedule, and cost management Risk and vendor management Stakeholder communication
• Strong understanding of IT project management lifecycle

Nice To Haves

• PMP Certification
• Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, Demand modules)
• Experience managing SAP / Enterprise Business Solutions projects
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate internal and external resources across multiple IT projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and artifacts using PTC PMO standards
• Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope
• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions and implement improvement recommendations
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors, sponsors, and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with the PTC PMO Playbook and related methodologies
