PM Sales Admin
About The Position
Life Protect 24/7 is a sales call center searching for a self-motivated, high performing individual with a desire to represent our company, advocate for amazing candidate experience, and help grow our company’s talent base. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Recruiter position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PM Sales Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing evening operations, including time entries, attendance, email communications, and various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong commitment to supporting our sales, QC, customer service, insurance, and device support teams.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Supervisor and Admin tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Managae Attendance Rosters and Spreadsheets
- Manage Employee Time Entries
- Process PTO Request
- Assist Department Managers As Needed
- Collect and Track Team Spiff and Incentives
- Monitor Department Chat
- Process Advisor Setup
- Process Advisor Separations
- Equipment Management / Request
- End of Shift Reporting
