About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee residential plumbing operations across multiple job sites in the Nashville, TN area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing field crews, maintaining quality installations, and ensuring projects meet schedule, safety, and code requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong residential plumbing experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple crews and job sites effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and clearly communicate with field teams and management.
  • 10+ years of plumbing experience preferred, including residential service/repair and new construction.
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience managing plumbing crews.
  • Strong knowledge of rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing in residential construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman Plumbing License preferred.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Experience managing multiple residential job sites or subdivisions.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily plumbing operations on residential new construction job sites.
  • Lead, assign, and schedule plumbing crews, ensuring productivity, attendance, and quality workmanship.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications to ensure proper system layout and installation.
  • Ensure plumbing systems meet Tennessee state and local codes, job specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams.
  • Manage materials, deliveries, and inventory across multiple active projects.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to verify installation standards and job progress.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, including toolbox talks and OSHA compliance.
  • Assist in the field training and development of new plumbing technicians and apprentices.
  • Maintain accurate digital reports for labor, materials, job progress, and incidents.
  • Travel to job sites as needed throughout the Nashville area.
