About The Position
Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a Plumbing Supervisor in Lubbock to help lead our plumbing team as we continue to grow. This role is for someone who knows plumbing well and can also help organize crews, keep jobs moving, and make sure the team is doing things the right way. We serve homeowners and businesses across the area and need a strong leader to help manage our plumbing operations. A big part of this role is making sure every job is done profitably. When jobs are profitable, the company does well, the technicians do well, and you do well. You will help make sure the team is working efficiently, jobs are priced correctly, and the plumbing department continues to grow. Requirements
- Experienced plumber with leadership ability
- Someone organized who can manage crews and jobs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Focused on quality work and great customer service
- Motivated to help grow a department and build a strong team
Responsibilities
- Lead and support plumbing technicians in the field
- Schedule jobs and coordinate crews with dispatch
- Train and coach plumbers to improve skills and performance
- Make sure work is completed correctly and customers are taken care of
- Review jobs and ensure they are priced, completed, and billed properly
- Help manage trucks, tools, inventory, and warehouse organization
- Track department performance and help improve results
