Requirements

3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Strong communication and customer service skills
A professional, team-oriented attitude and drive to exceed expectations
Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems
Present Service Repair Options to each customer to enhance comfort and performance
Deliver 5-star service experiences on every call
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Maintain accurate job documentation through our CRM system
Ensure all work is performed to code and follows safety regulations
