About The Position

Join the Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Team! Based in Boulder, Colorado, Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric has proudly served the community since 1982. We specialize in residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services—and we’re looking for dedicated full-time team members to join our growing company. The primary duties of a Service Technician will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Requirements

  • Previous experience in exterior plumbing and sewer sales
  • Valid driver's license
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Pre-employment background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • In-home sales experience preferred (plumbing, sewer, HVAC, restoration, roofing, etc.)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Comfortable discussing high-ticket repairs
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
