About The Position

Advanced Home Services is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electrical, and heating & air that has been in business for over 20 years. It has a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We continue to grow every year and we are looking for full-time employees to join our team. We will train you on the job with paid training included. We do not lay off or furlough, this is year round work. The primary duties of a Plumbing Service Technician will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. If you have experience in the field but no current licensing in place, we can assist in the process. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. Requirements

Responsibilities
