What This Role Looks Like You run company-provided residential leads You meet with homeowners, evaluate needs, and present solutions You focus on communication, professionalism, and doing things the right way You close work and hand it off to a dedicated install team You are part of a team — not on an island What You’ll Be Doing Serve homeowners throughout the South Bay and Cerritos area Build trust and create a positive customer experience Present clear, honest options Offer financing and guide decisions Close work and collect deposits Communicate clearly with the install team for smooth execution What You’ll Be Selling Drain and sewer services Plumbing repairs and upgrades Water heaters and tankless systems Re-pipes Water filtration systems General residential plumbing solutions
